1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Does not have an active compulsive gambling problem or is currently undergoing related treatment

Gcup5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account on gcup5. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. gcup5 uses an advanced detection system to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gcup5 account username and password. gcup5 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Gcup5 reserves the right to require players to submit KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents before processing the first withdrawal or whenever any transaction is deemed to require further verification. 4 Deposit & Withdrawal

5 Bonus & Promotions

Gcup5 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including a first deposit bonus of up to RM 500, 5% daily cashback, parlay bonuses, and special promotions for major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the stipulated wagering (rollover) requirements.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated
• The first deposit bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit

6 Betting Rules

For Sports Betting, the official results declared by the event's organizing body will be used to determine bet outcomes. gcup5 reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances:

• Event cancelled or postponed more than 12 hours from the scheduled time

• There is evidence of fraud or manipulation involving the event in question
